A. If I were a customer, I would always like to know the price upfront before coming out. Also I would make sure I have a valid ID.

A. A Consumer should always ask the status of that person's license. And ask if the person you are speaking to, will be the one you will meet.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. A buyer should know that a notarization is what they were asked to obtain. Make sure you have proper unexpired ID.
