- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour, and our movers will help with packing/unpacking; loading/unloading; assembling and disassembling. We provide blankets and wardrobe boxes free of charge. Our rates are highly competitive and we have a proven track record in the moving industry. We also offer cash discounts if our customer decides to pay in cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers will be able to speak to our scheduling team who can offer an estimate right over the phone. Customers that book with S and D Moving will receive a confirmation email when they book. Our customers will also receive a confirmation call from our office the day before the move, along with a call from our moving crew on the day of the move to advise our customer on their arrival time.
