Free assistance on the storage premises is always available to help you move your items in and out of your storage room. In addition, when renting a storage room, we offer the use of our truck and free helper to help you load the truck at your location and help move your items into our storage facility.

Our helper is knowledgeable about how to maximize the vertical and horizontal space in your new storage room to save you money. We know times are tough. If we can get you into a smaller room, we will! Smaller room equals smaller payment!

Taking all your items in one trip with our 15-foot truck will save you time and money since you will not have to use your own vehicle or rent a moving truck that could cost you up to $ 150.00. You will avoid expensive moving costs that you would incur by hiring a moving company.

We will help make your move even easier by providing an appliance dolly, furniture dolly, box dolly, and blankets for protecting your furniture for free! Free truck and helper value over $250.00!

Rules for the free truck and helper:

*We require you or someone you know to drive our 15-foot truck, it’s easy to drive
*Provide proof of a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance at the front desk
*Call us as soon as you know the date of your move to secure a free truck and helper.
*The truck and free helper are only able to go to the location that has your storage items and then back to the facility; no second stops
*You have up to three hours off property with our warehouse guy and truck
*The truck and helper are free. However, we ask you to replace the gas. You can refill it up on the way back to the facility or we will just charge you 45 cents per mile and we will replace the gas.
*Have all your loose items packed and ready to go on the day of the move. We have boxes for purchase in the office. Boxes help save space because you can stack higher and use the vertical space
*Have everything disassembled and if you are storing appliances, make sure they are all drained out to ensure that there is no water
