I needed two home theater systems to be setup. One with a two zone setup through my first receiver and ceiling speakers and the second with a Bose speaker system connected to my second receiver. The Jones brothers discussed how everything will be configured and once we agreed they worked in parallel to complete everything. When they ran into any issues, which happened with my Bose sub woofer, they discussed with me the options and configured the fix. I was glad that they were carrying extra cables and other fittings, and were able to use them at a very reasonable cost. They were also very patient in explaining when I had any questions about specific configurations I wanted. They also called me to let me know that they were running a few minutes late. I am very happy with the quality of their work. They gave some good ideas on what would simplify our setup going forward. I plan on having them come back in a few months. I plan on recommending them to my friends and family.

Initially, these guys were helpful and seemed very nice. After the appointment though, I realized that the remote to the switcher they recommended that I got which cost an additional amount, did not work. It was like pulling teeth to get them to merely replace the remote. Jeremy said they had to do it on "their" time, and even after scheduling a date, they never showed up or even contacted me to let me know they wouldn't show up. I work full time and since they were already paid, they didn't seem to care. Also, one Jason had the nerve to schedule an appointment with me and then on the day of, when I texted him to confirm it, he said he didn't know because he was working on a job currently and it's a big job and he couldn't leave them without the job being done. That's fine but what about me being a customer as well who they didn't do a successful job for? And what about the appointment we had? Then, the initial request clearly stated that I needed all wires hidden. Not quite sure where the misunderstanding was but that didn't happen in the living room. I'm sure they knew what they were doing but customer service was HORRIBLE. If you want true customer service in the event that you may need their help after the fact (on something they screwed up), it's best that you don't use them. They are supposed to send me a check as a refund for the unit they recommended that I purchsed since they didn't want to replace the unit (I even offered to go to the distributer he bought it from so I could take care of it and he didn't even give me that information) and the check is supposed to have been sent by their "accountant" but still not received (been about a month now since the check was supposed to be sent). Regardless, it's the lack of courtesy and consideration that I'm disappointed in.
