Several days after my devastating diagnosis of stage 4 lung cancer, my youngest son dropped everything to assist me. With Ellis step-by-step advice and specific recipes for him to cook, he nutritionally supported my fight against cancer. Shortly thereafter, I felt a positive sensation that my body was becoming alive. My appetite came back. Concurrent with the chemotherapy, Elli implemented a regimen of eating an anti-inflammatory diet, supplements, exercising, sun exposure, good mental thoughts and to surround myself in a happy environment. The last body scan in March 2015 revealed a progressive regression of the cancer cells in my body. Also, after loosing much weight to the cancer, I am now back at a healthy normal weight. My husband, who has diabetes, also mentioned that with this new lifestyle and diet that his glucose readings have been lower. Elli is very knowledgeable in living a very healthy lifestyle. I was ready for a major shift. For the past 2 years, I have had the honor to work with Elli. She has guided and supported me in the areas of nutrition, health, intuition, and dissolving stress. All of which kept me from living life fully. At the early age of 30, I developed premature arthritis in my hip and the doctors prescribed me a hip replacement. This was due to inflammation from stress, trapped emotions and hours of sitting immobile in front of computers. I constantly felt like I was between a rock and a hard place, often wondering how I could go on another day, physically, mentally and emotionally. This was very hard on my family too. Instead of quitting life, I decided to quit my job, and take a one year hiatus to reset myself. During this critical time, Elli coached me to: Detox my body (nutritionally, with yoga, chi-running and breathing) Detox my mind of self-sabotaging thoughts (which helped release emotions) Align my spirit, and my higher purpose to live every moment fully. Though I am back in the corporate world, with all the stress and chair sitting that comes with it, I bring Elli's coaching with me every day. In fact, the biggest compliment other than her patient, understanding and loving coaching is that: She taught me how to fish. She shares her tools so that I can navigate life empowered, and not feel dependent or lost without her. This is priceless. I feel like I have a new life. Thank You, Elli.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) Basic (food) nutrition coaching/personal chef/cooking demo starting at $75 for first THREE intro sessions, then $125/hr. (Not including food cost for cooking classes) 2) Life Coaching integrated with nutrition $150 3) Add holistic/energy work/intuitive insights $175 The tiers, corresponds with 1) Body 2) Mind 3) Spirit Most clients progress from body-mind-spirit for a complete program. Some just want guidance for physical goals, some just life coaching and some only wish guidance on the spiritual level. I enjoy ALL! Group classes/Workshops Starting $250
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is highly individualized. During our first meeting we may set up a basic trajectory, or you may wish to do Q/A, or completely free form. I have very specific guidelines, and protocols that I follow for detoxification, as this is not to be taken lightly!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly researching, reading books and attending seminars/talks. Scientific and holistic alike. I am my own guinea pig, always playing with recipes, and diet protocols and supplements. The better question would be: "Do I ever stop continuing my education?" The Answer: "No"
