- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing system when it comes to houses. Some houses require more work than others. Ceiling height, condition of surfaces prior to paint, amount of furniture that needs to be covered or moved. Exterior options such as number of colors, patio covers, condition etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive an inquiry via email or phone call. First we establish contact by returning your call or email. Once we are able to talk we briefly discuss your project to determine what is your project answer any questions you may have for us as a painter and we set up a time we can come out and do a formal estimate. Once we meet we will walk your project view the work that needs to be done and ask question to help us determine your biggest concerns or preferences. We take notes and calculate a price based on the work to be done. Hopefully we are able to earn your trust and gain your business. Our objective is to give you an honest estimate for a quality job and to meet and beat your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed painting contractor for 16 years and have painted hundreds of homes. I stay current on new paint technology, product knowledge and solutions to make projects look great, last long and provide proper protection.
