- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicating at all, I like to include my shopping time, the cost of food and my labor into my final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask tons of questions first and listen to what the client wants. I like to meet in person and see the cooking area if I am cooking in their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I owned my own catering company that was in Madison Square Garden in NY. I have managed restaurants and worked for catering cimpanies. I learned to cook through my grandmother and my mother.
