- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Instead of running and jumping outside with the kids all the time, I was rolling pasta and making Homeade Fettucine Alfreado...at 10 yrs old with Mamma Mia in the kitchen...It was the best, and My Mother was my inspiration.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most often I make dinner at your home, often though I can make ahead of time and pack a few meals for dinner when you arrive home, I am open to a few dishes at a time for you, I dont have too much desire to freeze a months worth of dinners or try to make things out of low calorie fat free with a numbered calorie count for each tiny item. I am willing to accommodate anyone but usually its not so much fat focused and yet I use a bounty of Vegetables and Wholesome Foods.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My tip : Know what you like, tell me your range, your dislikes, allergies if any, and most importantly if you want to try some different things or just your favorites. Be adventurous....Im a good chef if you need a special focus with your diet.
