Chef Joseph came to my home and taught my 5 year old son and I a basic healthy cooking lesson. The lesson lasted about 2 hours and the meal was delicious - braised chicken, butternut squash bulgar and greens salad, and roasted carrots. I learned a lot of useful skills and my son tried some foods he otherwise would not have wanted to. I really appreciated how engaging and accomodating he was for my son. I will definitely hire him again, probably to cook for a party next time so we can enjoy our guests! Joseph makes having a chef affordable! Thank you Chef Joe!

Chef Joe prepared dinner for my sister's bachelorette party which was for 8 people. He was very professional and the dinner he cooked up was outstanding. we especially enjoyed the cauliflower and brussels sprouts gratin which was one of the side dishes. the salad was also very refreshing with the cantaloupe and prosciutto. Afterwards, he cleaned up and packaged all of the leftovers. I would definitely recommend Chef Joe for any dinner parties.

Joe was great!! My husband and I needed an intro for some of our new appliances and Joe was so accommodating! We got to choose the menu items and he was super friendly and relaxed as we went over knife skills and kitchen appliances. Totally recommend Joe for awesome cooking and teaching!

Joe came today and did a great job. It wS exactly what I was looking for. He discussed different methods of cooking, organizing the prep, and safety. He worked with me on knife skills and seasoning. The meal was delicious. I will have him back for more lessons.

Joe has prepared dozens of company meals and catered many personal parties for us over the past year. His military-like attention to detail is appreciated, his passion for the food and the experience is infectious, and he's absolutely a pleasure to work with. We've had great meals, all prepared with care and enthusiasm. We particularly appreciated his adventurousness with varied cuisines. Beware his potato salad -- it's addictive!

Ask them to put together a create vegetarian menu that isn't Pasta Primavera-even if you're a carnivore! If they can, good chance you'll like their food.
