- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $50/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a free information gathering phone call that lasts up to 30 minutes. I will ask you about the details of your project, you can ask me questions about my process and we can make sure we are good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Professional Member of NAPO, the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Applied Design. My previous work experience includes positions in management as an office manager, art studio manager, department manager, and retail manager.
