The boot camp workouts are great! Joe brings a lot of his own equipment to the park so it's always different and interesting. Each workout is tough but attainable; he's really good about pushing each person to his or her individual limits. I really get a full-body workout each time, and I can tell that my endurance is getting better.
I've had a trainer before, and Joe is particularly good about making it a positive atmosphere - he gives motivating comments and high fives as well as useful critique. It's fun and I'm enjoying getting back into shape.

I've been going to Constant Motion Fitness Weekly Boot Camps, so I could get into better shape to lay Ultimate! The groups are a great size, so you get a lot of personal attention. It's like you're getting a personal trainer for the price of a group session.
I've known our trainer, Joe, for some time, and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. He's really good at targeting your workout to your specific goals, even though the Boot Camp sessions are group sessions. He brings lots of equipment so that you never feel like you're waiting in line for 'your turn'. I really like working out outdoors in the park as well, instead of in some sweaty musty gym. It adds a great deal to the overall experience, and makes me feel like I'm working out in the same environment I'm training for.

I have been training with Joe for over a month. My motivation was to get bikini ready for a surf trip to Costa Rica(I leave in about 50 hours!!!). I was very athletic growing up in high school, college and in my 20's. I did the Rock and Roll Marathon about 4 years ago and after that I lost alot of my motivation to workout as much as I had before. Joe has helped me to get that motivation back!. Joe's workouts are always fun, challenging and are never monotonous. He focuses on exercises that work your core and I am definitely seeing results. Joe is very educated on fitness and nutrition and always has great advice!Joe always pushes me to work harder in a positive way. I am looking forward to continue training with him when I get back from Costa Rica to get into even better shape! Thanks so much Joe:)

Constant Motion Fitness is the way to go to get in shape! I have been training with Joe for a month now, and have really noticed a difference. After 2 kids and life, I put on A LOT of weight. Not only am I down from a size 20 to a size 16, but I feel stronger and have more energy. In fact, at the bootcamp session today, I was able to run the entire 1/4 mile lap around the park. I NEVER thought that would be possible!!!
Joe is an amazing trainer. Not only does he know about how to work the body for the results you want, but he also knows a lot about nutrition! He has helped tweek my diet without being restrictive. The exercises are nothing like traditional boring workouts. There was another group working out at the park where we were and they were doing crunches. Instead of crunches, I was doing rotating squat throws with a 9lb medicine ball. Not only was I working the same ab muscles as the crunch, I was also working my arms and legs and was having a WHOLE lot more FUN!!!! The bootcamp workout is different everytime. It seems like the hour flies by.
If you are looking for a great workout, with a positive and fun trainer and fun folks, come on out to Bootcamp with Constant Motion Fitness!
Thanks Joe!

A. It's not really a "trade secret", but the best combination to lead to success towards your fitness goals is:
1. Commitment, both from you and your trainer,
2. Proper guidance from your trainer to keep you motivated and progressing as you work, and
3. Willingness to work hard...
A. Our workouts are always evolving. Whether you are attending bootcamp workouts or personal training, we will always work to make sure that your workout keeps you challenged mentally and physically. No two workouts are ever the same. We take pride in constantly changing our workouts. One of our highest priorities is to make sure you never get bored.
A. I love working with people to keep them challenged to their personal max. I love helping people, not only meet, but exceed their goals, and then help them develop new higher level goals.
A. Question: Why don't we do crunches? I want sexy abs...
Answer: 10 million crunches won't give you "sexy abs". First off, there are far more effective exercises to strengthen and stabilize your core rather than laying on your back and flexing your spine. Secondly, in order to expose those sexy abs, you need to keep your heart rate elevated for extended periods... That's the biggest benefit of our training methods combining powerful resistance training with intense cardio to get that heart rate up and keep it there. The longer you keep your heart rate elevated, the more fat you'll burn.
A. Really any time I hear one of my clients talking about setting new goals because they've reached their previous one gets me really excited for them.
A. I am constantly looking to learn new things. In the fitness industry, if you're not continuously studying new science and research in exercise and nutritional science, then you will very quickly fall behind the curve.
Additionally, I really enjoy providing fitness education to other trainers, and coaches and MUST be sure to stay ahead of the curve in order to be able to offer the latest educational classes.
