Our certified personal trainer, with all the equipment, comes to you to your home, work, local park or wherever you want to get a great workout.

We offer all these at a great price, with guaranteed results and satisfaction. Personal sessions start at $45 a session and group training from $15 a session.
Your trainer is skilled in the following areas:
- CrossFit Certified Instructor
- ACE (American Council on Exercise)-certified with 5 years of personal training experience
- Years of athletic preparation for himself, as well as others (football, baseball, wrestling and MMA)
- All-American wrestler
- Professional MMA fighter (competed in organizations such as Strikeforce, Cagewarriors, War Gods and more, with a record of 9-3)
- Training Jiu Jitsu with world-renowned Dean Lister for the past 2 1/2 years
- Striking with well-known striking coach Tony Palafox (trainer of Diego Sanchez (UFC), Jeremy Stephens (UFC) and Dean Lister (former UFC)

How many times a week should I train? As many as you are comfortable with.... most see the best results from at least 3 days a week
A. I have always played sports and loved being immersed in all that is fitness related. This is not work for me, its just fun.
A. I have bench mark workouts that I have my clients do when they start training with me. After less than a month of training 2 times a week, one of my clients beat her time on the first workout we ever did by over 10 minutes!!!
