Introduction: Curves is a facility specially designed for women featuring a complete 30 minute workout and weight management plan which is fun, fast and safe. Our proven, total body workout combines strength training and cardio works every major muscle group and can help you burn up to 500 calories in 30 minutes. Our club also has the Curvesmart technology, a personal coaching system, where every piece of equipment in our circuit is programmed to give you individualized, moment-to-moment feedback-during and after your workout. It is the knowledge and motivation you need to get the results you want. We are currently having free Tuesdays where you can come and try our proven system and feel the difference yourself.
