Introduction: I practice what I preach. Anybody can get certified but will sit on the couch all day claiming the know what they're doing with out putting it into action. I've been committed for four years for a reason. I'm stronger than people my age and especially my size. I've packed 40 pounds and I have a 10% body fat, so no its not fat.
