Assess and screen client physically for any biomechanical issues; design exercise and nutrition programs based on their assessment, fitness goals and lifestyles; teach clients proper exercise progressions and technique; provide nutritional coaching; support, motivate and inspire my clients to be the best version of themselves!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you trust and like the trainer! You will be spending a lot of time with them and sharing some pretty personal stuff. It's important you feel comfortable sharing information about your eating, exercise and lifestyle habits with him or her. Also, make sure the trainer is as concerned about preventing injury as they are about getting you fit.
