When I first met Deborah - she was just motoring through an hour long-advanced spin class without any apparent effort. :)
Since then - I have mainly watched Deborah lead classes at the YMCA - in both Fitness/Exercise and Yoga and think she does a very good job.
She started one new class - Gravity was it - and soon it was packed - as was her Yoga class.
She also lives what she preaches in fitness.

And weaknesses then devises a plan that fits your body's needs.
I work with her 1-2 times a week and my back pain is gone , all my muscles are firing. My core is getting stronger. Deborah has unending enthusiasm and is always encouraging.
She's a great trainer who will dedicate herself to your well being.
