- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, i have all clients go through a consultation to establish their habits and set their goals for the next 12 weeks. Then, I will create a 12 week plan for them. This will have all exercise, cardio, supplementation, and nutrition included. Next, we will take body circumference measurements, weight, and bodyfat %. Once we start the program we will track all exercise, nutrition, and progress and continually make adjustments as need to progress towards our overall goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. from The University of Oklahoma in MDS with a health and fitness emphasis. I also havebecome a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. Along with that I have been a personal trainer at Golds Gym and various others while now I am self employed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I provide training programs for clients that are serious about their goals. I have got my clients in the best shapes of their lives. Weight loss and overall fitness are my specialties, but I also program for muscle/strength building, and function strength and core strength.
