Introduction: I have a science based, no nonsense approach to fitness. I don't believe in fad diets, wacky workouts, or excessive cardio. My diet and exercise recommendations are always sensible AND sustainable. I love to see others succeed! I am not a natural athlete or genetic freak...I have struggled with my weight, too. Being able to help other makes the hard work worth it!

I was introduced to J-spot from a mutual friend. In the begining I was skeptical that working out with a trainer for 45 minutes would get me results. Needless to say it took me some convincing to give Jonathan a shot. Jonathan is not your average trainer & does not sell you B.S. Yes, he will train you hard in 45 minutes but you will get immediate results! The exercises are non repetitive & his trained eye knows exactly where u need to shape & sculpt. He's not there to promote any membership or take your money. He's an honest trainer who is there to help the average person loose weight, get toned,loose body fat &improve your overall health. Jonathan has helped me loose inches,gain muscle strength but best of all improve my self-esteem! I love the new me & have now unleashed the inner fitness geek in me! Can you unleash yours with J-spot fittness? I guarantee you that you won't be dissappointed I am hooked for life!

Jonathan is an awesome trainer. The sessions are private and he works the training out mindful of personal goals and concerns.

Love working with Jon. He's awesome and I'm starting to feel stronger. He motivates me even though I complain a lot he still pushes me to do a great job for my health!

John has been professions, supportive, and knowledgeable with our workout regament and our dietary/nutritional plan. John makes our workouts taxing and enjoyable at the same time.
