Introduction: I have been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and have trained thousands of sessions over the years. I have helped many clients lose weight, gain muscle, and rehabilitate nagging injuries through safe and effective resistance training workouts. I offer both 30-minute and 60-minute training sessions in order to accommodate all schedules and budgets. I enjoy helping people reach their health and fitness goals but get even more satisfaction when my clients can take these habits and continue them for the rest of their lives. My goal is to teach all my clients how to eat and exercise in order to stay fit and healthy in the long-run.

I started training with Jesse several months ago because I was suffering from debilitating back pain. Jesse is very easy going and accommodating. He took the time to listen to my fitness goals and pain concerns. My back issues have improved greatly from the stretches he recommended I do daily. Jesse uses an array of training exercises that are fun and effective, always checking that I'm not in any pain. Not only is Jesse a fantastic trainer, he's also very knowledgeable about nutrition. Without even asking, he will voluntarily research subjects I bring up during conversation such as supplements, holistic practitioners, fitness equipment even making his own exercise videos personalized for the client. He really cares about his clients and their fitness goals. The gym is fully equipped with state of the art fitness equipment and fancy bathrooms with showers. It doesn't feel crowded and the music is upbeat and pleasant. At the end of every workout there is a two minute stretch on the massage table. I always leave feeling like I got the best workout.

My experience has been great. I am a physician who is also a fitness enthusiast. I felt I needed a personal trainer to take it to the next level. Jesse Traficonte was the answer! His preparation for our work outs was excellent and very thoughtful. He has an excellent knowledge of the body and kinesiology. He is great and I give him my highest recommendation!

I have been working out with Jesse for a month now and I am so pleased with him as a trainer. He is knowledgable and engaging and when it came to determining the workout plan that was (is) right for me, he paid attention to my my goals and my physical boundaries (I have a few injuries we have to dance around). I am on track - he keeps me motivated and encouraged. Exactly what I need, b/c I'm not so motivated on my own.

Jesse has been wonderful! Initially I had been nervous about getting a personal trainer because of my weight and fitness level, but his workouts were great and he always made sure I was comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend him!
