I have so many instances to pick from, it's hard to choose just one. :) A case I have had several of goes something like this..... I had a client who was trying to loose weight with no results by going on a very low carb diet and doing hours of cardio. It took some time for her to trust my macros plan and training program as it was a lot more food than what she was used to eating, hardly any cardio, and she was able to eat things she enjoyed within moderation. She started to drop weight and build lean muscle. She had more energy, strength and was actually living her life and enjoying it.
