Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My passion for teaching others is a phenomenal attribute that I am grateful for and hope to pass on to all my clients. In addition to my extensive boxing and athletic experience, I currently hold a NASM certification (National Academy of Sports Medicine). After attending National Personal Training Institute, I use my knowledge to better the health of my clients each and every day with proper techniques to prevent injury and improve strength. I like to assess each client individually with specific workouts that will attend their needs and efficiently reach their goals. Many of my workouts include kettlebell workouts, boxing workouts, weightlifting, speed training, various plyometric training and etc. I have a studio gym in my garage in Point Loma and am willing to travel up to 20 miles for my clients to train at a gym or outdoors in order to accommodate them!

I started working with Luke with simple workouts such as kettle bells and speed ladders and a healthy diet plan! He helped me get those flat abs you think are impossible to get but with Luke's help his workouts are fun and efficient, he actually gets you excited to workout!! Thanks Luke

Luke has been my personal trainer for about 3 months now and our results have been exceptional! As a 60 year old woman who is in fairly good shape, I really needed a compassionate non-judgmental type of trainer and Luke delivers that in spades. I get a great workout with out any pressure.

I enjoy doing weights, kettlebell, proper stretching, sprints, workouts with dumbbells, medicine balls and workout bands.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I suggest that as a new client, you find a personal trainer who will attend to your specific goals and not push your capabilities to the extreme, this will prevent any future injuries!
