Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We all have been there, doing the same routine, randomly picking exercises with no real plan, setting goals but not coming close, and trying to find the next fitness fad to jump on. All the effort is wasted only to find your results coming to a halt in four weeks. It's really okay, because everyone has been through the same thing. I can help you understand why that happens and for it to never happen again. If you are looking for accountability and extra motivation or finding a way for fitness to finally be a part of your life and not being something you dread, then let me work with you. I promise you won't even have to start eating like a rabbit, run endlessly on a treadmill (unless you like that type of stuff) or even spend $500 to get one of those fancy juicers just because you saw it on Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. To start: I encourage you no matter what your current goals are is to find out why. Why is it so important for you? Frequently the people I work with that vaguely answers that question will unfortunately fail. If you figure this part out then we can get to work and down to business if you haven't I can help you with that as well. I have access to a gym in North Park. If you would like me to come to you that works too. My fees are dependent usually on commitment level. I do 30-minute sessions, 45 minutes, and 60-minute sessions. Prices will range from $20.00 to $65.00. If you have any additional equipment great. I do bring my own as well. I will bring 100% every time I work with you and I would expect no less from you! Initial session is complimentary. What's included in the initial session? Good question: 1) Health History Questionnaire/Par Q forms (basic health questions prior to session) 2) Movement Screen (to have an understanding in how you body likes to move and determine any imbalances) 3) Workout Session. Which includes teaching you how to utilize a Foam Roller in order to to increase your mobility and prepare it exercise 4) Core Exercises that should always be a part of your program and how to do them correctly 5) Corrective Exercises: To improve stability and mobility in your joints to maximize the effectiveness of your workouts 6) SMART Goal Planning 7) Basic programming you can follow.
