- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask what is included. Then you can be fully aware of the service versus your expectations. Once you know this then ask if there are any other service that can be provided that they may provide a discount to you. One stop shopping is a plus, Always ask about what backup equipment is provided. Though it is not always necessary to have a complete backup for the system, it is always a must to have a backup plan. If there is no plan, then that should indicate a red flag.
