- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I maintain a simple pricing structure, that is scaleable based on the size and complexity of each project. The more details you provide upfront, the easier it is to give an accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give as much detail as possible up front, and I will be able to provide an estimate for the job, talk through a tentative plan/approach and go from there. Flexibility is important to me so if something doesn't work, let me know!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My continued education comes from staying active in the community of photographer professionals, including volunteering and attending events for local originations such as ASMP & APA to name a few; as well as following online blogs, tutorials, occasionally going to local/national seminars and/or workshops and networking events, art openings, etc.
