FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge according to workload. Location, lighting and studio needs, image editing time, how many people and the ages of any children ... This is because with a larger group all expressions need to be right, and liked by each person! Small children can take a longer time and extra skill and effort to capture. Older people will often need more retouching - as do those with skin problems or weight issues that I do fix! I always make a great deal and will go over it with you if you need me to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I study almost all the time despite my years of experience, and i purchase or watch free classes from some top industry prossionals I admire - like SUE BRYCE
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It has always been an inclination I got my first camera when I was 6 years old. I was already a school teacher making photo books for songs or stories with the children - to help them learn to read on topics that interested them. Always been an artist, a singer and a creator that is social. I captured the children at play and i portraits for parents for many years with successful results. Later after some modeling myself all over the world - I moved behind the camera as a professional. Photography that brings excitement and joy from the planning ot the shooting to viewing the final results. How could I not.
