FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting in touch with and providing details on what a client needs is important. With this information I can deliver a solid quote with details on what is included.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's important to communicate with the provider to see if they are responsive and if they are a good fit for you. While it always help that they have a nice portfolio, that is only a part of their image. It's best to get as complete a picture (pun somewhat intended) of who it is you are hiring.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Professional photographers always need to know dates and times of sessions. This is probably the most important bit of information that they would need. If the time and date doesn't work, then there is almost no point in booking them.
