As a business owner it is pertinent you make sure the photographer you hire has you sign contracts. I have contracts regarding my social media policy, property rights, expectations, and costs. Its important for the client to have a tangible contract which can be personalized based on the type of shoot. Many unprofessional photographers do not provide contracts and they give you a quote without listing the expectations. I
