I am working with Maggie to address specific nagging injuries as well as improve strength, flexibility and conditioning. Her plans at each workout have been effective and the results after only 4 sessions are already yielding good improvements.

I have a bad back and a weak core and I started to work with Maggie once a week. Once I started working with her, the constant pain I had in my back was slowly being diminshed, and my core started to get stronger than it has been in years. As a result of her work, I was able to do this canoe race and finish higher than I have ever finished before. She is a great trainer that will address whatever needs you have for whatever fitness level you want to achieve.

Maggie was my trainer in SF until she broke my heart and relocated to San Diego. I really enjoyed our time together as she incorporated things I like to do (Pilates, strength training) into my routine while making sure I never got bored. She also made me do things I don't like (running, stairs) to make sure that my workout was well rounded. I also had never worked out outside before (and didn't think I would like it) and found out that it could be very enjoyable.
