Introduction: I provide all phases of general maintenance and remodeling construction, as well as commercial TI work, plumbing, electrical, tile, wood flooring, framing, drywall, and a lot more.
I don't offer HVAC and carpet (though I have contacts).
I currently operate as a handyman due to lack of CL license, but have 25 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, as well as several full TI build outs of restaurants, and years of residential rehab work behind me. References aren't a problem.

Peter did all the major work on our job - plumbing, electrical, etc. His work was excellent. He was reliable and professional. And his prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use him again when we need more work done.

I had Peter install flooring in my home and was very satisfied with his work. Just 3 months later my home was flooded and my floors were ruined. I again hired GMS to install flooring and again was happy with the pricing and work. I would not hesitate to hire Peter for any of my home improvement needs.

Peter installed laminate floors in a house in San Diego. It came out beautiful.
Peter also saved me money by reviewing a bid by a contractor who was proposing unnecessary work.
Peter worked with several other parties during a remodel job and assisted them when they got stuck and hit a snag with their projects. They were grateful for his advice.

He did a excellent job! Offered to come out late at night to help us out. But, we had him come out after he finished another job. Did the job fast and efficient! We will be defiantly calling him again!
