- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. My quoted price varies based upon the distance that I must travel from my office, as well as the number of service attempts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically meet the customer in person. This gives me the opportunity to ask questions about the services that they need, and it gives them an opportunity to ask me questions as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I have been a member of the National Notary Association for several years, and regularly read their publications. I have attended their continuing edcation seminars in the past. I also attend events hosted by the Process Server Institute where the latest trends in the industry are discussed.
