Introduction: As a native San Diegan, I enjoy the many amenities this region offers. Since 2015 I have been fortunate enough to help others do the same. It’s a joy to invite guests into their vacation home-away-from-home and pointing them to favorite spots around town; helping short-term rental hosts set up and manage a successful listing to do the same; and find amazing long-term tenants to enjoy all San Diego has to offer while they take care of our clients homes.
Being a short and long term rental owner myself, I know the gains and risks these options take in your investments. I take pride in taking care of your home as if it was my own.

Calvert's Quarters was cleaner than a fancy resort room. Fresh sheets and towels. Big flat screen TV with a variety of options. Kitchen amenities, etc. Everything was in working order, and if you have an issue or want to make a request, Dan is very polite, receptive, accommodating and punctual. I would endorse Calvert's Quarters to anyone who wants a nice, quiet and cozy experience.
