Introduction: I maintain a 100% occupancy rate. I screen for good tenants. I provide prompt and efficient billing. I have good records. I handle repairs. I keep tenants happy. I am a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Minor in Spanish. I have an associate's degree in emergency management (HAZMAT). I am a veteran with leadership experience. I am very good with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Pro. I am experienced with learning different software in the military. I can learn property management software quickly. I have worked in a team environment, so I'm a team player. I've been a night auditor at Quality Inn in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am familiar with Section 8 through reading. I have installed several sprinkler systems and can do repairs. I remodeled my own places and have done a lot of my own handyman work. This includes general repairs, plumbing, minor electrical and sprinkler system repairs. I am also experienced at getting several bids for specialized repairs.
