Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Selling real estate is just a miniscule part of the job. I am a consultant, an educator and a friend that won't let you down. I educate clients the process of properly buying and selling a property so they can make an inform decision for their family. Anybody can sell, but to take time and educate a client is what make a big different in the relationship with my client.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like most about my job is that I am out in the field everyday helping people with their real estate needs. Whether it be first time homebuyers, short sale for sellers or preventing foreclosure on their homes. The bottom line is helping people to achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of my job.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I was always dabbling in real estate when I was young. It took my dad's dying wish for me to make it a reality. He saw that I have a heart to help people with patience and integrity and wanted me to have a meaningful purpose in my life. Before he went to be with Jesus, he told me to use my God giving talents to help people. He had told me to go into real estate and make a different in this world. I am now fulfilling my father's dying wish.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I belong to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR). Continue education is the utmost important in real estate. I attend classes at SDAR in various areas like short sales, risk management, ethics, etc. to keep up with latest information in my field.
