I'm a San Diegan, I'm a realtor, I'm a dad.

I help buyers and sellers in San Diego county with their real estate needs. As a graduate of U.C. San Diego and the University of San Diego, I have been part of the San Diego community for over two decades.

I specialize in helping busy professionals and their families meet their real estate goals, whether they are first-time buyers, moving-up with a growing family, or downsizing with an eye on retirement.

I specialize in the Metro San Diego marketplace from Del Mar and Carmel Valley to Mission Hills, and the Central San Diego suburbs. If you are looking for professional real estate counsel, then you need look no further!

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Hire a professional who makes you feel as if you are their only client, but make sure that you aren't their only client! Get referrals and ask for testimonials from past clients.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Real Estate is a fairly transparent industry these days, but one thing everyone should know is that everything is negotiable, therefore, find a Realtor who is trained in negotiating.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Is this your full-time profession?
Are you familiar with the neighborhoods we are interested in? Have you sold property in this neighborhood? What technology do you use to enhance your business and our experience as clients?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Buyers should get all of their financial documentation in order from the get go. The first step in the buying process is to connect with a top quality lender and make sure that you are pre-approved to make your home purchase.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I think that my clients will tell you that my work stands out from others in my industry because of my dedication to their needs and my knowledge of the marketplace, the details of the contracts, and the neighborhood knowledge.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The most enjoyable part of real estate are the phone calls I get from past clients who tell me how much they are enjoying their new home!
