Less hassle and you'll end up with a satisfied buyer and seller. Over the years flipping REO properties, I have a crew that packages the services, painting, cleaning, and maintenance check. I walked into an Open House last weekend where the young lady was sitting on the counter top, the toilet seat in the hall bath was up and had waste in it. I politely closed the lid and flushed to notice the reason she wasn't flushing the waste was because she'd then have to fix the running toilet. Complete Buyer Turn-off in my opinion.
