- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take continuing education classes every quarter so that I can stay on top of all the changes in the real estate laws and industry. I also teach other agents how to run professional real estate practices. I am CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) Educated as well as a Certified Negotiation Expert.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have personally bought and sold many properties beginning in 1983. Over the years, I have had excellent agent representation and I have had bad agent representation. When I chose to become a real estate professional in 2002, I decided to become the consumer's advocate - to teach people how to build wealth by acquiring real estate. I model my business after the best-of-the-best.

Selling homes and investment properties, Buying condos, homes and investment properties. Property management.
