Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I wish I would have known how to prepare a property for sale including getting the right curb appeal, proper furniture and accesories placement and proper color choices for painting. I can offer my clients the use of my exclusive designer that will provide immensely valuable recommendations.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Before you list your home with anyone, ask the following questions:

Show me your marketing campaign.
Show me how much traffic your website is generating and how many unique visitors you are getting every month.
Show me how many leads your website is generating. Show me testimonials with contact info of at least 3 of your previous clients so you can call them.
Show me your current listings.
Show me your most recent listings, how much you listed them for and how much it actually sold for.
Show me your average "days on the market" statistics.
Ask about your neighborhood's Market Absorbtion Rate. If they do not know what that is, Move on.
Google the agent and see what comes up compared to other agents.
