Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Years of experience and do you understand what it is they are saying, as in communication skills.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If your refrigerator is not working at all and you do not smell ammonia, many times you can remove the refrigerator, turn it upside down for 24 hrs. and then reinstall and it could possibly work - thus, saving you $$$.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. With over 18 years of experience in the high-end motor coach industry, I am able to offer many suggestions and options to my customers. My customer service is impeccable. Not only do I offer advice over the phone at no charge, but I follow up with all of my customers on a continuing basis.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Variety. It changes everyday. I also enjoy explaining how things work to my customers.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Question: Why is my refrigerator not working?
Answer: First, and foremost, is your vehicle level. Once level, we can proceed from that point. Many times this is the solution and a very easy fix.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I recently had a customer call on the phone with several questions. Although I was too booked to see him immediately, I patiently listened to his questions over the phone and gave him several options to try to resolve them. Several days later, I happened to be camping where he was staying and dropped in to see how things were going and all of his issues had been resolved by my suggestions over the phone. It was so nice to meet up with him and wonderful to hear that he now had me programmed into his phone for future needs. I made a great friend and look forward to seeing him again in the near future.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. After years of military experience as an electrician and many, many years working for a high-end luxury conversion coach company, I found that this is my true passion.

Brent helped me out over the phone when I had a water leak that I couldn't identify. He couldn't come to my site right away since he had some other jobs to do, but he took time to listen to my problem description over the phone and made a suggestion to clear the refrigerator drain. It worked great and solved a very messy problem. I later met him at South Carlsbad and he is just as friendly and helpful in person as he is over the phone. I put his phone number on my speed dial in case I need help again while on vacation here in San Diego. I wouldn't go to anybody else.
