I love HELPING people. I am able to assist my clients transform into true professionals who are totally equipped with the right tools to take their careers in a direction they want to go it. Seeing them go out and get interviews, nail them and get job offers is the most rewarding part of the job.

Kolby has worked with me on multiple occasions with my job search. The first time we focused on interview skills because it is hard for me to answer situational questions. With pointed questions, he was able to help me prepare with well crafted answers based on my experiences. Another time we worked on my Resume. I have a good amount of experience in my field, but now I am looking into other industries. He helped me create a resume that displays my skills to fit the description of any job I was interested in. Looking for a job is A LOT of work because it's no longer just submitting a resume and whoever has the best skills/experience gets the job. Now, everything from social media to your follow up can help or hurt you in your job search. Kolby has been great in helping me with all things job related. I went to him for help with updating my resume and got more than I had expected. He is a professional from beginning to end. He is also persistent and patient as he has suggested I signup for LinkedIn for months now. I just saw it as another social media outlet, but he persisted for months. I signed up and with his guidance, I have had plenty of contacts via LinkedIn. Kolby is the man!
