Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Residential, commercial, industrial, state, small jobs, big jobs we them all and I cat realy say I do more of one because it varies

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. 54 catholic church, reroofed an exsisting flat roof with a singleply versico TPO 60 mill 20yr roof , scope tear off 5 layers of built up roof disposed of reframed roof to drain to midle of roof installed new copper drain as well as down spouts

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Years in business

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If roof need to be roofed or repaired. Or if i can get away from doing it later.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Local jobs done.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Whether or not they have a roofing problem.
But don’t worry I’m a general contractor as well and can fix whatever building needs they have

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Because I care. As well as my experience I look at a roof different than a guy that has only been in my trade for 15 years

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Helping people, the look on their faces win they know they chose the right contractor.
And knowing I’m influencing good work habits for my sons

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How I get so much work. Or why don’t I ever have slow times. I tell them 98% of our work is referral I do what I have to do to take care of those referrals weather its in California, , any of the fairgrounds Nevada, Mexico,

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I was asked by three state building inspectors if I could figure out
What was casing this auditorium roof to leak? It had been leaking for 20 plus yrs
I had determined the cos of the leak. And it hasn’t been leaking since 10 years ago

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. How much I care to give them the best product and service possible.
And by doing that I’m also teaching my sons to always do more than what you are being played for

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I enjoy being out side, not going to same place every day and knowing I’m providing a service that people need

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Over 200,000,000 square feet of shingles and solar power to the Delmar fairgrounds.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes I do I’m always up to date with the newest products as well as green

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. One of the newest to our eria is tpo (thermo plastic polyofolin) but this product isn’t new to me I’ve been doing it for over 15 yrs. Green roofs are new and we do those as well

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. 1000 roofing squares of three tab shingles in two weeks at Delmar fairgrounds $27,000.00 labor only . thay gave us three weeks.

A. It’s not complicated we just do so many kinds of installs. The bigger the project the cheaper we are able to do it for. we allso work out of state and we takr that into consideration.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Knowing the so many different roofing systems is very important I get many jobs from my compeditors because they don’t install a particular roofing system
