My uncle was having his roof done by a pastor that owned the roofing company. he was short handed my uncle called me I was 16yrs old at the time and said his contractor was short on help could I help him . I did after three hours working he asked if I would like employment. I couldn’t say yes fast enough. At the age of 18 I was lead man and haven’t stopped to this day I’m 48 now. And am sure to hand the business down to my son José when and if I ever retire
