Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common jobs are the ones that nobody else likes to do we do them all big, small, local, out of state, international, hot mop, TPO, EPDM, PVC, coatings, tile, restore tile, shingles, metal, standing seam, synthetics , copper, steel, seamless gutters,

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Don’t ask for referrals do your own investigation. if a contractor has been in business for more than 10 years and doesn’t have any complaints with the C.S.L.B he’s probable a honorable contractor that you can trust. check him out with the BBB.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out more than others because from child hood I was tot to do more than I’m paid for and don’t sell anything you wouldn’t purchase yourself. As well as doing every job as if it was our own family’s home

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The satisfaction of helping people. As well as teaching my sons and nephews. And meeting wonderful people

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why are you so much cheaper? .Answer its simple we cut out the overhead. We run our business out of our house. And the business is run by all family

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I’m sorry but I have many. My favorites are the ones that other contractors as well as state inspectors call me all the time asking me how to water proof something or doing work for other roofing contractors. Or writing a spec for a state inspector

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. How family orientated I am. And how honest me and my son jose realy care to go Far above the call of duties .

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My uncle was having his roof done by a pastor that owned the roofing company. he was short handed my uncle called me I was 16yrs old at the time and said his contractor was short on help could I help him . I did after three hours working he asked if I would like employment. I couldn’t say yes fast enough. At the age of 18 I was lead man and haven’t stopped to this day I’m 48 now. And am sure to hand the business down to my son José when and if I ever retire

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Shingled Del mar fairgrounds stables as well as the bin cross be building and the exhibit hall over 200,000 square foot of red 20 year three tab

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Absolutely I stay up to date with lead roofs, title 24 building codes, what’s new on the market. What’s changed. Was the industry going?
