Bob, the owner, is top notch. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and ready to help me with my request.
My wife and I just bought a house in Lakeside, CA which was built in 1975 and we are considering moving walls, remodel, etc. I told Bob our ideas and what we would like to accomplish (i.e. removing kitchen wall, shifting bedroom closets). He did a thorough walkthrough of the home and attic space. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and now I have a much better understanding of what I can do and how. He taught me a little bit about how my home is constructed and what to look out for.
