- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard (one-session) rates for massage, but because I understand everyone's financial circumstances are different, I like to work with people with Memberships or Package deals so the massages are not only consistent - which is important for preventative care or for focusing on a specific outcome (more range of movement, releasing chronic pain, etc.) - but also to make the sessions affordable and fair. I do this to encourage my clients to invest in their well being for the long term versus receiving a short lived spa treatment. I believe with commitment to personal well being, we're open to fully integrate positive change and embody the benefits of self-care.
