Introduction: The lessons will start with some physical warmup, dynamic stretching, and a skills analysis. Usually, we will begin with some forehand, backhand, and related technique practice to get warmed up.
The lesson will be filled with games and activities to improve movement, coordination, and balance. The goal is to get better and of course, have fun. The progression will continue until you are confident with hitting from the other side of the court. I also always end with cool-down stretches.
