Adriana sent me a message asking about prices today, and I responded about 4 hours later (like most people, I am not checking Thumbtack messages every minute of the day). To say that a response less than one business day after sending a message is "delayed" is extremely unreasonable. I also offered her a price lower than my quoted price as she only needed a resume review. I am a working professional, and like everyone else, cannot work for less than a fair price. Adriana decided to mark me as "hired", even though I wasn't, just to leave this review. I would hesitate to work with a customer like this, but wish her the best with finding someone who will work for cheaper and that responds within seconds.

Kim was great . She explained everything to me and gave simple directions that I can understand and she was very patient when it came to her payment . I had a hard time trying to do the pay pal or anything that involves the computer or my phone even . She was great to work with . ! She also sent me 2 resumes that I can choose from and they turned out great ! And it was done in the time frame that I needed .
