- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Actually, my clients set the price based upon our initial meeting and a Letter of Intent they receive from me. Once they submit a price I either take the job, turn it down or negotiate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an exploratory meeting where I gain an understanding of the project, evaluate how motivated, teachable/coachable a prospective client is and answer the prospective client's questions re: my background and experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I originally started out as a business consultant. From there I worked in organizational development and then added human performance enhancement and personal development. My background and experience has all been self-taught.
