- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client makes contact, we spend time talking about what exactly they need and figure out which therapist will be the right fit. Once the counselor is picked, then we will find the best time that will fit the client's schedule. We send an email with a link to the instruction manual for the first appointment. It will give all details of how to find the office, what to expect, and other important information. The first session the therapist will gather a lot of information about the relationship, current stressors, and history. The therapist and the client will discuss goals for the relationship and dive right in to the work.

Bachelor's in General Psychology. Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Jennine Estes is Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist #47653. The Marriage and Family Therapist interns have their Master's degree and are currently working on their clinical hours to sit for the licensure exam. The interns are supervised and employed by Jennine.
