Introduction: One Voice Theory is a non-traditional way of teaching a traditional singing method.
This theory encompasses the mind and body experience, that allows the mind to free itself from mental blocks and insecurities that distract from ordinary learning curves.
Visualization, as well as kinesthetic learning, is used to represent blocked areas of the body and release the mind to help create faster learning.
Everything that is taught in the traditional way of teaching is discovered and learned, as well as other techniques that help connect to the total vocal experience, creating an exciting way to develop and free the voice!

To whom it may concern,
It is with great enthusiasm that I forward my recommendation of Ms. Taylin Rae. Taylin first came to my attention as a lead vocalist for a popular cover band I work with. After experiencing her enormous musical craftsmanship and ability I asked Taylin to become a voice coach for the lead vocalist in a band under my management at Spartacus Agency. Taylin showed a diligence and self sufficient mindset that allowed for her success without the need for much oversight on my part. In fact from the beginning of her stewardship it was quite clear that Taylin was a reliable and responsible team member who took her duties seriously and performed at a very high level of efficiency.
Taylin also became a creative force whose ideas and concepts contributed to the advancement of our goals. After her success improving the vocal abilities of our primary vocalist and after experiencing her rare voice and talent we asked her, along with two other professionals, to act as a backup vocalists for the bands CD release show, which she did. The band gave her a prominent part in the finale of the show and since then we have expanded her role at each show.
Her talent is unmistakable and her pleasant demeanor makes her a pleasure to work with.

Taylin created an ascending curriculum which required our vocalist to use the techniques taught at each lesson as a step to successfully performing the following technique
Taylin built a set of breathing exercises that rapidly improved our vocalists ability to perform long programs without injury
Taylin managed the sensitivities of the artist using positive reinforcement and self esteem building
Taylin identified several potential problems and created a program to retrain negative habits of our vocalist
Results
Our vocalists range was expanded, better control of sustain was realized and timbre were improved
Our vocalists warm up routines and breathing techniques reversed soreness and voice fatigue after performance
Our vocalists self confidence was improved
Taylin has also contributed the hard to identify trait that makes working with her in a team environment a pleasant and rewarding experience. Taylin has a positive attitude which creates allies and motivates others to do their best. Anyone giving Taylin an opportunity will be greatly rewarded.

I've had the pleasure to take lessons with Taylin for several months. She has great gratitude for the students she works with (she tells me all the time about her wonderful connections with her students), and it really shows.
She's a highly energetic, kind, very bubbly, and extremely encouraging with her students. She was able to bring out the vocal range in me week after week, which shows that her lessons are sticking and helping me progress. She's always excited use her iPhone to record progress, and then emailing them to me.
One of the unique things I found important with her is that she will prepare you for the situation you want to be in. For me, I was looking to develop a voice for doing gigs on stage, as well as studio recording. Her busy background in doing gigs and studio work was EXACTLY what i needed to get me ready to perform on stage (my past instructors didn't have much stage performance experience). She has strong knowledge of what it's like to perform in a different atmosphere, and to not be discouraged by it. In the practice space, she'll help push you to the edge (we practiced many challenging songs that had me worn out even after a 45 minute session)
She also develops lesson plans that are tailored to accelerate the things you want to learn, rather than wasting time going places where you're not interested in. This becomes important if you want to stay engaged.
In terms of the environment, her studio is very well kept. She has the ability to set up the studio, if you wanted to learn how to studio record. She has a dog as well that is very well mannered. Parking is easy to find.
In short: if you envision yourself wanting to be a rock star on stage, Taylin will help paint that picture for you. She will be able to push you to the top.

I have worked with Taylin many times throughout the years and recommend her to anyone looking for a qualified vocal coach or vocal teacher. Every student I have referred to her comes away with very positive feedback and great results. I just did a recording session with one of her students and the artist did an amazing job, Taylin made my job much easier. Thanks again for your hard work, patience and expertise.
