Introduction: I am a full-time yoga teacher (RYT-500) specializing in vinyasa, hatha, restorative, and yin yoga. I currently teach group yoga classes, as well as private and semi-private yoga sessions throughout the San Diego and North County areas. I am a passionate and dedicated teacher interested in sharing the empowering benefits and philosophy of classical yoga with others. My goal in teaching is to lead students back to their authentic selves, their true strength, and their innate inspiration and joy for living. I am also the founder and director of "Soul Work Yoga for Women", offering workshops for women interested in a more intimate, healing, and empowering, community-based yoga experience (for beginners and advanced practitioners alike).
