Introduction: Besides my small and very personal business of creating Buddhist malas which are hand made by me, I have also been teaching hatha vinyasa or flow yoga since 2010. I like small groups or private lessons so that way, I can concentrate on the personal needs of my clients. I show my clients that yoga is a personal path that creates discipline and focus on and off the mat. Yoga is for every shape and size and never too late or early to start.
